As a new patient you will be offered a 30 minute consultation before your first appointment. A consultation fee of £50* is required for a face to face consultation and is redeemable against any skin treatments booked within 28 days of this initial consultation. Returning patients can book online for most treatments.
Your initial consultation
We will carry out a facial assessment and discuss your skin concerns and expectations. We will take a full medical history including any allergies, potential contraindications and any previous cosmetic treatments you have had. Suitability for treatment will be assessed.
Different treatment options may be offered and the associated risks and benefits of each explained and how these risks can be minimised ahead of treatment. Where in your best interests, a treatment is refused, the reasons why will be explained.
You will have the opportunity to ask questions and together we will determine the best treatment plan to suit your needs and your budget.
Ideally you should take some time to consider the information discussed before booking your treatment.
