Opatra Aqua Spectra Pro facial

AquaFacial is the only hydradermabrasion procedure that combines cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, hydration and antioxidant protection simultaneously, resulting in clearer, more beautiful skin with little-to-no downtime. The Aqua Spectra machine is a multi-step treatment that uses revolutionary technology, combining the following:

hydro-dermabrasion,

radio frequency,

hydro oxygen (O2 – H2) jet spray,

ultrasound,

skin scrubber,

cold hammer.

It can effectively accelerate the metabolism of cells, using the healing powers of water to lift out impurities. It’s gentle, cleanses pores, exfoliates, extract and treat the skin and promotes rejuvenation – leaving the skin hydrated and radiant.

Through the combined use of these six technologies the skin synergy platform is effectively able to treat all layers of skin and offer deep skin cleansing, exfoliation, long lasting hydration, skin tightening, wrinkle reduction, oxygen enrichment and skin cell nutrition.

You will receive a full consultation ahead of your treatment. Each treatment step will be explained to you as we progress. The hydrafacial will last at least 30 minutes and six different technologies will be used on your skin for benefit.

You will likely see results immediately after treatment and your skin may feel smooth and hydrated for one to four weeks with appropriate home care to maintain treatment results.

Please discuss the suitability of any other aesthetic treatments that are planned with less than 2 weeks before or after your facial. 

It is possible to combine the following treatments, available at Finesse Skin Clinic, with your AQUA SPECTRA PRO facial at an additional cost:

It may be beneficial to generate a treatment plan that will meet all of you skin care goals. Please take a look at ‘My Signature Package‘ for more information. 

This can be dome by increasing natural hydration and drinking at least 2 litres of water a day, using the right AlumierMD medical grade skincare products for your skin concerns and making sure you use broad spectrum sunscreen of at least SPF40 every day.

Avoid aggressive exfoliation, waxing and chemical exfoliating products containing glycolic acids, lactic acid and salicylic acid for at least 7 days post treatment. 

Avoid retinol for at least 7 days post treatment.

The skin is more susceptible to sunburn/sun damage. Avoid excessive sun exposure and use a minimum of SPF 40 sunscreen for at least 7 days but preferably 365 days of the year.

Avoid having dermal fillers, botulinum toxin and other aesthetic procedures 2 weeks before your hydrafacial.

This will depends upon your specific concerns. The whole process could take as little as 30 minutes although an appointment slot of 60 minutes is allocated to ensure your experience is not rushed. 

The Aqua Spectra Pro facial offers instant, noticeable effects that delivers real results with minimal downtime or irritation. 

Client experiences may vary. You may experience tingling and stinging in the treatment area. These sensations generally subside within a few hours.

Your skin may experience temporary irritation, tightness, or redness. These are all normal reactions that typically resolve within 72 hours depending on skin sensitivity. Some clients may experience a delayed onset of these symptoms.

You may experience a breakout because the hydrafacial is a deep cleaning treatment. This is perfectly normal. 

You cannot have AQUA SPECTRA PRO facial if:

– You are pregnant or breast feeding.

– You are breastfeeding.

– You are under 18 years of age.

– You have any active infection in the treatment area,  including any open lesions, cold sores or severe acne.

– You have a viral concern such as HIV or hepatitis.

– You have active sunburn

– You have skin conditions such as eczema or dermatitis.

– You have any of the following medical conditions which can affect your lymphatic drainage; Urinary infection affecting kidney, bladder or urethra, Crohns disease, HYPERthyroidism, Deep Venous Thrombosis, Lymphoedema, 

– You suffer with neurological disorders such as epilepsy, then caution will be required when using the LED lights as an add on feature.

– You have an autoimmune disorder such as lupus.

– You take anticoagulants.

– You have a melanoma to lesions suspected of malignancy.

– You have stopped Roaccutane medication less than 6 months ago.
