This can be dome by increasing natural hydration and drinking at least 2 litres of water a day, using the right AlumierMD medical grade skincare products for your skin concerns and making sure you use broad spectrum sunscreen of at least SPF40 every day.
Avoid aggressive exfoliation, waxing and chemical exfoliating products containing glycolic acids, lactic acid and salicylic acid for at least 7 days post treatment.

– You suffer with neurological disorders such as epilepsy, then caution will be required when using the LED lights as an add on feature.
– You have an autoimmune disorder such as lupus.
– You take anticoagulants.
– You have a melanoma to lesions suspected of malignancy.
– You have stopped Roaccutane medication less than 6 months ago.
